Crash to Desktop at save, game lost. Predictably annoying, I'm sure you understand.

This is an known error, the fix is suposed to come 'shortly'. Actualy i'm surprised you didn't know allready.

I know it has happened before, I thought something was already done about it since the number of times it was reported has pretty mucch stopped.

but no new patch has been released so how could it have been fixed. the lack of new posts about save crashes means every1 read the fact the save function isnt working in 3.1 and will be fixed in next release.

am i to understand you have not upgraded to 3.1? if so your save crash is odd. but i doubt the devs will put any effort into it, they will probably focus on the new patch.

ahhh my mistake, by last version i thought u meant before 3.1

save doesnt work for anyone on 3.1 is what i've been hearing. another thread was set up about this and the devs said they were fixing it for the next mini patch.  :D

i just tested, it will save on my flops, it will say save successful. but loading causes a crash. i believe that is what people have reported and is being fixed in the next patch.

Loading isn't my problem... it's the saving itself I'm having trouble with.

i've heard other people having problems with save. its odd that my save function works, but not my load. hopefully both will be fixed in next patch

there are bugs in the saving and loading functions in 3.1.0. this is known and also has been reported already. a fix is under development

The „save crash problem“ was frequently existent  in previous versions of fleet ops, too. What’s the main problem in this regard?
