Running Fleet Ops on ARM

I am attempting to run Fleet Ops on a M1 mac with Parallels installed. The VM inside Parallels is running an ARM build of Windows 11.

Armada II from GOG runs fine here and while Fleet Ops installs fine too, it fails on run, does not even get to the menu screen. The displayed error is 0xC0000005. According to what I know, this is some sort of general memory access error.

I have tried possibly every combination of compatibility and emulation setting in Windows 11, but no success. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

I have no idea, but I had the same problem on Linux. The Fleet Ops 3.2.7 just crashed. I tried a few patches until I found a functional one named dc-starmadaii11.7z file from here: https://gamecopyworld.eu/games/pc_st_armada_2.shtml
After copying the file in the game folder, the game started without problems.
And for the memory error try to rename the Armada2.idl to Armada2.bak, see what happens.
By the way, I had the FO 3.2.7 installed on a Windows 8.1 computer (never tried Win11) and just worked well, without problems. A few years I decide to move on Linux.

The page lists like 20 patches. Which one is it? Or, could you upload it to somewhere like wetransfer for me?

(Renaming the LDL file results in "Armada 2 Executable not found" error on launch)

Hi.
Here is the link for dc-starmadaii11.7z: : https://mega.nz/file/w5tRXZab#v-V7KJG587dgcasW6LuId5RV6xingVTK3P8Q1sJuq_E

You can try that FO 3.1.2 version too:https://mega.nz/file/AxshCQxb#zi63LngknBCjlWxJaGhDXaweIfSBVw0dZKULnpioBZU
Just unzip to your games folder and see if it works. It not so different from 3.2.7. The patch is included too.
