This is regarding those times when the shields go over 100% and the craft would lock up a shipyard...
It has been tagged as "fixed" BUT it's not entirely fixed and I wanted to let y'all know.
My copy of FO 3.2.6 works properly , without the bug, until I introduced one thing.
as soon as I unpacked all the ODFs using FPQEdit, the problem reared it's ugly head, ships with >100% once again, lock up shipyards.
I haven't reversed the change, so I don't know if it will go away when I repack the ODFs.
there were no other changes made.
