Research bug

I researched cloak but not all the ships have it, 4 out of 11 did not get it for some reason.

Already reported bug - all Breen Cruisers produced before cloak research is completed do not get it .

What is up with these bugs? It seems that for many research peices this lingers to happen!

It is a very large update, so it's almost unavoidable to have no bugs in it´in my opinion. And since the community made a good effort to report them until now, think the devs will correct them all soon enough.
