Possible Saber Bug

I'm not certain whether this is a bug, but the hit chances for torpedoes for the Saber between the two avatars are a little screwy to me:
Any particular reason why the hitchance for Mayson is different than Risner when using the Hyper Impulse Drive--or am I just being stupid?

Hehe, naaa: the tooltips don't say anything about the difference, so I presume that someone forgot to correct the hitchance for both

Probably was just a mistake, though I don't understand how they could forget something like that.

Seems to be the Risner Saber that gets the best chance to be missed. Maybe making that an avatar bonus would useful, since Risner seems to be at the wrong end of avatar balance.

Meh, she's ok... just the Phalanx could do with a bit more power, and the Avalon will get it's needed rework

Still a good chance for a minor bonus. The difference isn't really that big, anyway.
