Note to self: Editmenu can't store too long names

I thought this may worth sharing with everyone.
I just spent two hours figuring out why my game crashes for no apparent reason. It turned out that it can't handle too many characters in the editmenu tree location.

lol yup.

You'll also notice that all of the "effect_bla" odfs have shortened names, these can also cause crashes if you go over the character limit. I'm not sure why the limit seems to be shorter for these than for other odfs.

The Armada code is somewhat oldschool here and there. There are many strings that can easily overflow if you try to enter too long strings. And this is nowhere consistent. For ODFs i think there is anything between 16 and 64 chars up to 'unlimited' depending on the function. Some of these instances were fixed with FO but certainly not everything.
