Nebula Rotation Speed

Nebulas in game spin in place much faster than they should, this is true both in Fleet Ops and in the classic mod for Fleet Ops. Anyone have any ideas for what setting could be causing the graphical problem? Or an odf I could alter to try and fix it by lowering the rotation speed there?

You might try rotationSpeed = 0.35 and set whatever value you want. That's from the dilithium moons, but I've never tested in on nebula.
