I simply couldn't find the command that allows borg weapons/vessels at different targets. I found the number of targets command used by feds and other races but that makes the same weapon fireing at multiple targets, not different weapons for different targets ( and btw the multi-target weapon is kind of bugy, cause it fires chaoticly if targets are in the max range of one of the weapons if that weapon has a longer range then the multi-target one ).
Can someone pls help me with this: how can i make a vessel/station fire it's weapons at different targets? What is the command line/lines. Tks.

Borg ships that can attack multiple targets usually have a normal beam weapon as well as basicly the same weapon with the code for multiple targets.
This is probably why the effect differs from a ship that has just a multi-targeting weapon.
These are the settings that make the second beam weapon multi-targeting.
classLabel = "areacannon"
hitCondition = 5
waveEffect = 0
maxTargets = 3
However, as far as I know its not possibly to define that every weapon of a ship fires at a different target. So if a ship has 2 phasers that can each hit 2 targets, usually only 2 targets will be hit (although each will be hit by two beams)
I'm not sure if thats what you meant, though.
