Multi-Player menu Hang.

Hello, for about the last week i have been unable to play multi-player games, due to the fact that when i select anything on the multi-player screen, it hangs for an indefinate amount of time. although i never get a crash report from the game. Anyhelp? i do have this error sheet i can post that windows created:

Note: this error is caused when i try to join a game, host a game, return to the previous menu, or return to main menu.

Try running the game without visual designs and desktop designs in case you didn't.. I had the same problem and resolved it that way.

More important than the error message would be if anything's changed about the computer itself.  After all, this is the same computer it used to work on, right?

If you go into System Restore, the list of restore points can be very helpful because it tells you every date and time that a program was installed or modified enough to warrant a backup.  If nothing important has happened, go ahead and try restoring to a previous point in time.

I say this because it sounds like some sort of driver hiccup or perhaps a bad file permission, things that would be kind of hard to track down by hand but might be easily fixed by restoring to a previous configuration.

Can you create a LAN multiplayer game and start it without other humans?  That would mean the problem is with tunngle or your firewall instead.
