Menu Size

How do I change the size of the main menu?

The menu is really small and makes interacting with it very tedious, I've tried changing the resolution but this seems to have no effect.

Also, I can't be certain, but I'm pretty sure when I first launched the game that the menu was larger, still quite small, but larger.
