maxBuildableNumber doesn't work any more?

I tried to use maxBuildableNumber = 1 to maximize the number of certain ships, but it doesn't have any effect on the game. Is this command turned off in version 3.2.5?

maxBuildableNumber has been replaced by the far more powerful cap file commands in Fleet Ops :)

Yeah, I believe that line was only used in the patch project.  There should be some info about the cap files in the guide. :)
