is this a game bug ???

The C-11 Interception Destroyer can re charge the energy of the Romulan Intelligence Center.........also im not sure ,but can the fed Norway Class......and what about the borg  Vinculum ability ....if so both the borg and the dom.. could supply the Intelligence Center with energy and supply and really use the Sabotage ability. or is this a potential strategy for a romulan  borg/dom team.

The intelligence center will be changed to be cooldown based (similar to starfleet command) in the next patch

has any body tried to give a perimeter defense energy via them ships ......if that worked would that too be a bug???

That could be actually a good feature to increase your defensive strength and would make C11 very useful again?
