Interface not showing up (Fixed)

I am having an issue where the interface is not showing up at all.  I am running the latest version with a fresh install.  I have windows 7 and a GTX 580.  I'm wondering if anyone else had this problem or it was an install problem(though I uninstalled and reinstalled to check that).  I also did a quick search and no one else seems to have this problem.  Here is a screenshot:

Yes everyone who has that card seems to have an issue playing.  I believe there was a solution posted a while ago, ill try to find it for you.
