He was stealing ships I was counter beaming back and forth over and over. Then I Attack his incubation centers and the game goes out of sync and we both have "versions" of the same game one where he wins the battle athis incubation centers one where I win it. Oddly enough I haven; tseen an out of sync in fleet ops ever I think.

Na, they used to be plentiful.  However at this point in time it is alot less common to see them, but they do still occur from time to time.

Especially with the AI, wormholes and the newton's upgrade (although I suspect the AI could be feds ai upgrade their newtons)
