i keep getting this error message can someone help me while

some filer will not instal im running Windows Vista is that the probelem? everytime it gets to the installation it says cannot install some type of file any one else had this prob it always does this on vista for some reason. that is the file there  fleet ops/sounds/music/borg.wav
