I found the first Star Destroyer design named Cantwell Class and I decide to create a 3D model to can be used in my strategy games like Star Wars.

What we must know about the Cantwell Class Star Destroyer:
" the Cantwell class was an experimental design that was built in limited numbers to test the concepts before the investment was made to design and build the Victory Class. The Cantwell Class is a fairly primitive design, and although it feature some extremely powerful systems, it is a weak and flawed capital ship design. The few Cantwell's that were built have mainly survived the years, but only because they never had to play a part in any major battles. Some were sold off the the Corporate Sector Authority, and some were mothballed or put into reserve fleets and therefore ended up in New Republic hands. The New Republic's lack of capital ships has meant that a couple of Cantwell Class Destroyers have been put into front line service, but significant refit and upgrades were necessary to bring these ships up to standard. "

"The Cantwell-class Star Destroyer is one of the earliest predecessors to the Imperial Star Destroyer design. During the Clone Wars, this ship was designed to act as a reconaissance capital ship; deep behind enemy lines, the Cantwell was often isolated from the rest of the Republic fleet, and as such was forced to survive on its own for extended periods. When encountering enemy forces, the ship had to be powerful enough to survive a sustained attack and bring back information intact. The ship, though smaller and less heavily armed than the modern Star Destroyer, was crafted in the now-familiar wedge design, which gives it the designation of Star Destroyer. It features large and powerful sensor suites, capable of penetrating most forms of jamming, but overall, this is an outdated design."

2D Ships of the Star Fleet build with a nice 2D build software, but I can't remember the name. If I find it, I can put a link here.

I have here two of my Tauri battleships made using Milkshape.
I wanted to create a new model of Tauri ships for space exploration or planetary defense, but keeping the characteristic shape for the Tauri ships.
