Graphics initialization failed

Graphics initialization failed. No compatible device detected.
This message greets me when I try to launch FO 3.2.2. I made a totally clean install for 3.2 and then patched it to 3.2.2, did not touch anything.
It worked totally fine with the earlier versions yesteraday.
Help! Why can't I run FleetOps?
EDIT: End Red Alert. A reinstall strangely solved the problem. I did everything exactly as I did before and now it works. Now say that computers do not have spirit
