Recently my game has been stuttering, in a lagging form. It never used to do this, yet does now? Literally within the last two weeks. Anyone have/had this problem?

Within those two weeks, yes  ^-^

I've cleared the Computer out in terms of the Caché, Virus Scanned, De-Fragged etc

try a shutdown or try system restore?

Shutdown made no difference, and isn't a System Restore a little bit extreme?...

what have you done that made it different?

Not a clue, in terms of changing the system, nothing. I mean, installed the latest update, before that I had two. Surely that's not the problem though?

I don't recommend a system restore but it's not extreme... you wont lose any of your user generated files. The system will roll back in terms of drivers and system files so you may want to give it a shot if you aren't sure what might have changed.

I have noticed that some of the newest Microsoft framework updates have caused problems to FO.  rolling them back might help.

Ahh ok. I might try using it under Programme Compatibility mode as well, as I'm using Win7
