Game Crashes when attempting to load save files.

Hello!

I often play FO to kill time. I rarely have enough time to finish and 8 player (AI) game. After about an hour or two i will save. when i come back to the game and attempt to load my save the game will begin loading and then i get kicked out to windows and an error report comes up. Even creating multiple saves of the same game does not seem to help.

Can anyone help?
