Game crashes to desktop

Hello, whenever I try to start Fleet Ops, it instantly pops a message saying, "An error has occurred"
Exception Number 1
Exception class EAccessViolation
I'm on a Dell Latitude E6410 with the following specs:
i5 dual core 2.70 Ghz
4 gigs of RAM
64-bit Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1
Intel Integrated Graphics

Hey!
I don't know if any of these will work, but they're my gotos when programs won't run:
1. Run as an administrator
2. Check for graphics card updates
3. Run program directly from the .exe
4. Totally reboot computer
If none of those things work, go to Properties -> Compatibility and experiment with the different settings there.
And if THAT doesn't work, try reinstalling fleetops.
Sorry, these aren't exactly a solution, but they're the things I would do!
