FPQedit & support files

Would someone mind posting a copy of FPQedit 3.2.6 & any dll's and such that run it? I try not to install FO patches unless they are seriously major, because every 3rd patch or so does not play nice with Linux/Wine.

here, i tested it by copying it from installed folder, so I don't think it needs any other files to run.
