Fleetops loading problems

So I have a friend whos trying to play Fleetops. but he has a problem with 3.2.3. He tried to install it and it said it was successful, but when he tried to load 3.2.5 it said 3.2.3 wasn't installed yet. He tried running 3.2.3 but it wouldn't work and the uninstall button isn't working either. There was also some weird authorization thing when he tried just deleting them from the drive. Anyone run into this problem before, I don't know for sure what tell him to do until I can manually browse around on his computer, and it'll be awhile before I go up there, so what should he do for it?

Perhaps try to have him install 3.2.3 and 3.2.5 on his desktop - I presume this may be some issue with installing in the program files with UAC for Vista/Win7

Alright I'll tell him, thanks I think he has XP, but I'm not sure.
I'm pretty sure its not a system problem though, I ran Fleetops from his computer off a flash drive last time I was over.

nope, such a thing as a UAC problem should not exist with fleet operations anyway. this was a problem with pre-3.0 versions.

i guess he used some wrong installer. maybe he installed an old fleet operations version and tried to patch it to 3.2.5.
