i downloaded the fo b2 p2 and it isn't all there and i tried to download it several times still nothing is this the patch that fixes the out of sinc due to cloak detection from starbase? also gamespy causes laggs

I wasnt aware there was an out of sync error using cloak detection, try turning off any download managers/accelerators or getting ot from a diferent source and game spy sucks.
