error duing multiplayer, not crashing, but wierd.

there was an exploit in armada 2 that allowed to build across the map without an construction vessel being present there in games that are lagging. that's an exploit fix for that and probably or by accident you or your opponent accidently triggered it. there should be nothing to worry when this message pops up. it's just there so that experienced (exploiting) players can tell me if this fix really works
