Dumb question here.

I feel dumb for asking this but here goes anyways.

How do you run multiple installs of Fleetops?

Like I like to have 2 0r 3 instances installed for mods and one dedicated just to stock fleetopps?

Im pretty sure that just installing to dif directories would not work right cuz of registry values getting mixed up right?

If someone could please lend me some knowledge I be most appreciative.
