This one ocurred just as I dispatched containers as weapons fire hit the ship.

No carriers - just B'rels, Topmey turning into K't'inga, and S-2. Fairly certain it was the Topmey, as I've had this bug before, and heard reports of the same thing ocurring

carrier does just mean that there was a ship involved that has weapons ("weapon carrier" - it's a class that every ship gets that has weapons). a little bug in the code to allow using weapons even with a disabled weapon system. i have fixed that problem already.
