Dominion B-5 Battle cruiser

There is a small glitch in the Dominion pure and breen tech b-5 battle cruisers.
When we view the standard prototype icon we see its stats as 35 43 etc.
When we then click on it to build the cruiser the icon turns red. but as the prototype ship is being built, we see the tooltip now showing us 26 as the new offense value  with 43 as defense and 15 system while the ship is being built.

Once the ship emerges from the yard, the yard shows stats as 26,43,15 for the new line of cruisers that are to be built.
The completed prototype now has stats of 35 25 15 - where did 43 go?
All subsequently built B-5 cruisers emerge with stats 26, 43, 20 (again system goes up by 5).

this seems a bit queer as no other ships have diff stats from the prototypes.

Has anyone else seen this?

Yeah I already reported that to Optec It has something to do with the wrong calculation formula apparently, but will be fixed in the next version
