Details on Offensive/Defensive/System Values?

Hey again FO Team,

Would it be at all possible for you guys to share some details on the Offensive/Defensive/System Values?
I'm curious about pretty much everything regarding them, but specifically, I'd like to know how they are calculated, and how to properly add them to a tooltip. So far, I've simply been copying the values from a couple of FO ships which I believe to have similar ratings, however if possible, I'd like to know the proper way of doing it.

the proper way to do it is using the tool that the FO team uses however since we dont have it we just kinda have to guess.
