Couple of Klingon and Borg bugs

Just finished playing a very long AI battle, and noticed a few bugs.

- Veteran S'ang aren't selected with other ranks on double click
- Double gold K'beajQ aren't selected with other ranks on double click
- Borg AI spams sensor relays on top of each other (I killed about 20 on one spot)
- A captured Assimilation Matrix allows you to use Matrix Teleport even when not Borg. (Yes I captured one. It took about an hour  )
- K'vort SB Torpedo is silent when fired when cloaked.

Hope there aren't any duplicates there, I did check back in the forums.

Thanks for reporting fixed the double-click issues
The Borg AI no longer spams sensor relays

Matrix Teleport will probably be removed with the next patch or replaced by something different, and an effect redo for most weapons (including better sounds) is on todo, but i noted down not to forget the cloaked sounds
