Can't start the game

Hello,

I asked on the teamspeak server for help already. I can install fleet operations, but not star it.

When i start the game I get a bug report with the folowing details:

exception number: 1
exception class: Econvert error
exception message : '0.280000001192093' is not a valid floating point value.
