Build Cost

Hi i have a problem,
in instand action or multiplayer you can click on "Advanced" and do some changes there. Now my question is, is there a way to modify the values? For example i would like to change the max. value of "global build cost" so that the max multiplier is more than just 2.0? is this possible? and how...

I did it in stock A2, so it should be possible.  *cough* Go to RTS_CFG and change values *cough*

ah ok thanks. i found several options in the config like credits. but can you say me under which point i can change the global builld cost?
