Bug: Klingon Sensor station's special weapon's energy

Klingon Sensor Stations have 99 special weapons energy. Intelligence report costs 100, and graviton scan 125. Thus neither of these abilities can be used by the Klingons at present. Just thought it might be good to mention.

hehe, yea. this has been reported already and will be fixed with the next patch.
