Borg Mining Station and other stations

Just found this and it looks kind of strange could it be fixed? The fed AI just built a station straight on top of my mining station.   
WEIRD?

The Borg Resource Node seems to act like a background object; everything except a Freighter docking will pass through it.

I think it's programmed to not be avoided by anything to make up for the difficulty in placing it.

still looks weird, could be taken into consideration of having it looked at...
