borg detector bug...

this is a pretty simple one,
borg detector has 53 special energy but refresh cycle costs 100... might wanna fix that...
also as its a detector why can it not have a passive techyon on ability?

Hehe, never thought I'd have to say this.... but... known issue Mark
The second thing... well, the main base has its active... and then the tech center gets the passive... so it would be redundant in my opinion but...
