Borg Bug

For some reason, whenever I play as the Borg, I can't build ships. It says that it is a ship when I click on it, but it looks incomplete and fails to move or fire. There is a status bar that indicates it's being produced, however, that bar never moves from 0%

I'm running 3.2.5

I  was playing against the computer and as I get close to a Borg building somehow my ships are automatically assimilated.....were talking about neghvars and large ships.....is this a bug?

Neither of these are bugs,

lm913, after you slect the ship, you still have to build it, when you first select it you select the chassis and then after that you have to select models to customize each ship, and then star construction.

mkman, the borg incubations center for the assim avatar will slowly assimlate all nearby hostile units, coupled with boarding this can be quit the nusaince,

The problem is I lost a fleet of neghvar in a second after getting close to a incubation center....there is a problem right there.

Shure it was just one center?
I think they have long to ari range and your ships may be weakend through asimilatorbeams.
If not, there may be a bug. Any submods? You got a save?

Auto-Board should be medium range.

So, after I say to build a scout cube I select 'scout cube' and then I have to make another selection? I saw that menu for another selection as a submenu under build but same issue happens when I click it, the progress bar does not move.

Yes, and the progress bar still will not move, I checked back after 15 minutes and no progress

öhm, have you click on the Build butten again? The Ship Symbol? You must do that.

I had the same problems some days ago. I know that inc centres assimilate slowly, but I engaged with a fleet of K'Vorts and few seconds later they were all Borg  . I haven't tested it again though, perhaps some other people have experiences with that as well.

Marian hope, yep same here but this was a fleet of neghvar....next thing i know they were all Borg! This is something the developers need to look into.

Yeah this has been brought up several times before so im sure they're already looking into it.
