Beta 2 - Windows 7 compatibility

i realize that the beta 2 (with noxter) is outdated and that it quite certainly contains some bugs.. i just heard that some people still have it installed and are able to play. quite frankly i'd like to try out the noxter as i've never played them before.

My OS: Windows 7 x64
My Hardware: Core i7 720QM, 4GB DDR3 RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon 5850 wth 1GB DDR3 VRAM

i have installed it into a clean directory and have set the compatibilty mode to XP SP3, i'm running it as a admin with UAC disabled..

anyone able to help or does this version simply not function with this OS?

it does not work on win 7 but hold on i'll be releasing my 8472 race by april wich contains beta 2 noxter as they were in fo2

it may work on windows 7 if you install it on a xp installation first and copy it over to your 7 machine. there is no support for beta 2 anymore though.
