When I warp ships in their autonomy is set at red alert, low movement autonomy and no special weapon autonomy. I have the starfleet command with its autonomy set at highest levels for everything but ships come in and i have to manually set the autonomy levels, shouldn't they be the same as the starfleet command or is it just a shipyard thing?

Yeah, I don't think it works for star fleet command. Not the same thing, but I put star fleet command into task force number 8, but when I warp ships in, they do not go into 8 automatically.

For shipyards, they do. And shipyards match autonomy settings.

Whenever i have all ships set to a certain autonomy setting, and add the warping to that group, it sets it out of whack.

As for whether or not this can be changed.. yeah, might have to wait for someone else to respond who knows more about this stuff. It's at least not the default, but it may or may not be possible.

can i change the 'classlabel' or something to 'shipyard' or would that cause a crash?

It's the warp in weapon that causes this, not the classlabel of the structure :) . I cannot remember what the plans were for this, or even if it was intended (as a side effect) - there were some issues a while back with warp in vessels inheriting the stats (health etc) of the structure that brought them in and this might have been done as a compromise  :sweatdrop:. Will look into it :)

Highlight them when they warp-in and hit 9,6 then 3 on the keypad  sorted.
