AI stops working

hello all!,

I have the PR of feelt ops. The Ai doesn't work at all, doesn't build Doesn't attack. In fact the AI isn't working at all. The patch is installed. Other then that I don't know whats the issue with it.

I use to have this issue a long, long time ago...then I just reinstalled and everything was fine.
