  The mission where you have to rescue the cargo freighter and escort it back to your starbase... Well I decommissioned my star base for resources then I couldn't finish the mission because the starbase was gone... Stupid! But for some reason memorable... 

  You can't decommission that Klingon Starbase.

i think he was talking about a fed starbase in a fed mission. from his mentioning the allegheny which was attacked and disabled by 8472 and had to be brought back to your base.

  Yeah, I see what you mean. Unfortunely I don't remeber one tiny bit from that mission.

i edited my last post, i was in error, had mission confused. the allegheny was definitely not ai controlled, u had to get a repair ship out to it. and escort it back to a starbase.

  No, not really. I just visited that mission, USS Allegheny needs only to survive. There's no need to escort anything to the starbase. All you must do is to keep alive the captains who speak on that mission, until you eliminate the Borgs from that area.
