Tactics to Use on Klingon Construction Yard

Well, I've found that if I fire at a particular spot on the Klingon Construction yard, the entire structure will collapse.  How many of you know about this tactic?

Lol ... 

  The yard begins as the central construction platform.  From there you choose what you'd like to build.

  If you target that central part and destroy it, all bets are off and it's toast.

  You NEVER play Klingons, do you?

I've only played as Klingon once.  And it was in an offline game.  It took me several offline games to figure out which structure to attack.  I knew I'd eventually get the right one.
