Special bonus stacking (question)

for example, otc on the diamond gives +70% fire rate

vector calc on remore gives +40% fire rate

what a ship has been hit with 1, then gets hit with the other? do they stack, or does the energy just go nowhere?

What about Martok boarding for a Vutpa'?  Does the troopship benefit from both the refit and the avatar bonus?  I forget!

avatar bonuses and "native" unit bonuses do stack. avatar bonuses and mixed-tech bonuses don't
