For the longest time I played 2x rheinn, 1x leavahl, and it was good, but now after trying 2x rheinn, generix, with a bee line to frigate or spectre. My fleet is more durable, uses less trit and is less micro intense. Is this balanced by how powerful the leavahl/griffin is due to special energy.

Note thats my start the game I adapt during.

Well generix are always a good bet because they are cheap and tough and can really pack a punch, but leahvals can be much better in certain situations
