Congrats on the wins sphere.
Can try defeating AI merciless now if you want, or really get the hang of hard AI, maybe get several wins in a row.
That AI is fairly more difficult than hard, especially as some races on smaller maps.
If you're looking for any other tips easy enough to throw us a scenario of map, your race, and ai race, and what might need attention.
Also depending on whether you stick with feds or switch to playing other races.
In my view Klingons have it pretty sweet, but they have their own style with long tech tree to get used to, and high supply costs etc. But very fun game playing as them.
