The strategy of the New orleans would be a regular warpin and have strategic range torpedoes and can reroute energy to dog fight with phasers and 3 torpedoes with slower rate.

The Teutoburg will have the tricobalt special.

the new orleans-class looks like.

Obviously we don't know exactly what the NO's roll and stats will be so this is kind of futile for the time being I think.
