These are just your list/description of the tips and suggestions that cannot really be ascribed to any one particular faction. Again, feel free to tell me anthing that's incorrect or that should most definitely be added.

  Thanks, very useful. By the way, you can remove a ship from a fleet by selecting it and pressing CTRL and minus key.

Nice work domi but rom ships need 2sec to decloak or cloak

Ah, you have added the describtion of different nebulas. That was missing in V1, yep

  Also, you can add a ship to a fleet by selecting the ship and then pressing SHIFT+CTRL+fleet number.

I DID forget to put that in *ouch* 

Fixed, but I'll need more corrections to bump up the version number I think 

So throw em at me people, I know the guide ain't perfect so give me some criticiczzzcsicsiism.

I'll comb it later to find the errors, right now i dont have word on my computer right now. can you make a PDF version for those that dont have word on hand please?
