I'm doing an offline 8-player game and no one seems to be winning.
Team 1 is comprised of:
1 Dominion Team (me as Breen Avatar)
2 Romulan Teams
1 Federation Team
Team 2 is comprised of:
2 Borg Teams
1 Dominion Team
1 Klingon Team
The map is devided into 4 sections on the top and 4 sections on the bottom. The first section is where everyone starts, the second section is an expansion to another resource pair. The third section is a merged expansion for 2 players to share, and the fourth section is a single resource pair that is basically first-come, first-served.
I've saved the game and looked at the relative power of the armadas, and so far, it seems that no one is winning. One team will gain power for a few minutes, then the other team will overpower them and maintain that power for a few minutes, and the cycle keeps repeating. What can I do to turn the tides? I tried the Hyperspace artillery, but it didn't seem to work and the vessel was destroyed trying to escape. Other than disabling a few system, the Bugs ram doesn't seem to be working very well.
