What about a ST series thru the eyes of another race?

What's your favourite episode? How is romulan ale brewed? - Star Trek in general :-)

Seriously. I think that would be cool. Like a series following the adventures a Klingon crew for the glory of the empire. We could get more info on other races/ships and a better view of said species.

Hehe, this almost exactly mirrors a thread about 5 years ago :D. I myself would love to see one set up through the eyes of the Romulans (as I think Optec would too :D ).

A very cool idea :)

I would like too see trek new a non manger rase maybe even thew a group creating privet venture operating in all different areas of the alfa bata quadrants some thing kinda like the fernigi except they are as corky and have a intreats in not hurting people it it can be helped and dose not cut to much in to there profits. This would let you see the races in a hole new way.

You don't remember the one from 3 months ago?

Hehe, guess I didn't

The thread certainly started on a Fed-leaning basis, but changed soon enough :D

Perhaps im missing something but how is a series based on watching a star trek series through the eyes of a Klingon crew related to talk over a new animated series?

I wonder if there would be a Dominion series.... kinda like that the Dominion get themselves twisted in a war against other Gamma Quadrant Races.

Speaking of this subject, I'm still waiting for a live-action IKS Gorkon series...

There are no others, the Dominion rules the Quadrent. At best, there may be a few minor races left not-enslaved yet.

That would be really cool, to see how other races view the federation and humans more intimately. I have always thought that a Star Trek show from the perspective of a more civilian point of view would be interesting as well. In Star Trek humans seem to Spartian, they seem to bland. Like their culture has stagnated. What popular music do they listen too? What about cultural trends? Fashion? Slang? It seems to lack something very important with cultural evolution. I understand not showing these things on the past series because they were more "military".

I think it could make for some interesting mini-series.

They were going to make a strategy game based on the Borg, but it got scrapped years ago.  :(

"Star Trek: Rotarran" for fans of klingons (build a nice klingonsuiting story about the brave small crew of that old ship with cool klingon warsongs)
"Star Trek: Valdore" for fans of romulans (sneaky action, smart intrigues, misleading story)
For the Borg I don't have an idea because it would be far too simple. See an alien ship, scan it and decide between assimilate or destroy. Same for planets. Almost every episode would run like this. A little boring I think.
