Voyager S2.E06 Twisted....

What's your favourite episode? How is romulan ale brewed? - Star Trek in general :-)

I was watching the Voyager episode "Twisted" in which the ship encountered a spacial distortion and the entire ship kept changing configuration and shape.  There was a part of the episode where all the main characters kept ending up in the holodeck.  Someone, I think Tom Paris, said something like "the rest of the crew must be as lost as we were and can't figure out what's going on."  Now, that's not the exact line, but after it was said, the whole time I kept thinking to myself "ensign Johnny DoGood's gonna save the day to try and become a main character!!"  I was sadly disappointed that some random crewman didn't save the day.  It would have been a great ending.  Oh well....haha

that was one of my favourite eps of voyager.

what i find funny is that they established that no matter what routes they take they have a high chance of ending up at the holodeck in the centre of the ship again. so why didnt we see large numbers coming there?

Speaking of which, I wonder if anyone walked through a door just to find it replaced an Airlock?

 of course not tyler, the ring magically placed everything so it lined up neatly somehow. it was a bit of silly science, but a damn fun ep.

And of course when the ship is shown to be twisted and stretched, it instead appears rooms and decks were just rearranged and are continuously being rearranged offscreen (Hey! Offscreen Juggling, get it?), but only that one Jeffrey's tube is actually twisted or stretched.
I was really surprised that noone died in that episode, I mean Janeway stuck her hand in that twistedness and she went into a coma and had sever aphasia, while Torres kept trying to transport places, what if Ensign Expendable opened a door and walked into the twistedness? What if Ensign Dead After Three Episodes Of Mild Usefulness transported into the middle of the warp core?

Offscreen juggling: SFDebris references Neelix juggling offscreen (couldn't they teach the actor juggling or something?) a lot to show just how bad the people who made Voyager are at trying to make things work even tho they obviously have the budget needed to do whatever they want.

When Janeway and Harry were having a hard time forcing that jeffries tube lock, I was thinking "oh snap...there's no ship out there its just space!"  Then Janeway got it open and started to look like she was gasping for air and I was like "YES!!  I WAS RIGHT!".....only to find her hand warping in green! :(
