Ulitmate ship

someone asked me the other day if i could design a ship from scratch what would it consist of and for a second i could not decide but after thinking i thought take the Prometheus with multi vector attack mode add a cloaking device, voyagers armor plating and the torpedoes from end game and some type XII Phasers and bang the best ship in the galaxy but i wanted to know what you lot would say if you wer asked this question

Probably the Premonition, in the (presumably) hasty refit from the Borg war; time-travel makes the ultimate warship.
