STO server maintance

Im a casual FTP player so I only play 30-45mins each day but whenever I get the chance to play for more than an hour or so theres bloody maintence. It seams like it happens a few times every week. Its still free so cant copmlain to much. BUT I WILL!!!! hahahaha (sorry to much coffee)

I guess at least this time the maintenance was for a reason; adding the new ships. Not that I intend to buy any of them however. (I don't have a Klingon character at the moment, and I like my ships to TURN, so I won't be getting the space-whale Odyssey. My Galor is plenty good enough anyways

i don't play rpgs but from what i've heard you should be grateful you weren't on the TORtanic when it sank. be grateful for what you got is the moral of that epic tale.

Hey, so my roommate and I started up recently and I was trying to find a good guide, but there didn't seem to be anything.  Then I finally found this excellent guide that described everything about skills and abilities and weapon types... except it was wrong.  The guide was written a year ago during Season 2 and apparently they've reworked the entire skill system since then.

Can anybody explain to me how skills work in this game!?
